Detox and Nutrition Week - 1st-8th November

A tailored detox programme, this week is designed for you as an individual to go within and clear out the past from the organs of the body. An initial consultation will be given to determine the type of Detox that you require. A number of treatments are included which normally consist of a Detox bath, a detoxifying clay wrap, ear acupuncture, foot reflexology, and tissue massage. Your diet will also be specific and we can go as deep as you want to! This is a self-nurturing course and a time for personal reflection. Fee: £1250

Chi Reflexology - Part One of Four, of a two year training. 28th March - 4th April

Practical training using a variety of different Reflex Systems for a unique and complete therapy.  There is plenty for both beginners and experienced students.  After this week beginners can do a basic Reflexology therapy.  For the experienced practitioner each part can be taken separately.

Yoga and Chi Gong Week.11th - 18th July.

The art of bringing peace and joy within by using the techniques of yoga and chi gong.  This is open for everybody from beginners to advanced, all are welcome.  It will incorporate Chinese Yoga, Kai Men, Tai Chi and Tibetan Yoga, Kum Nye, Chi Massage and the workings of Chi.

Whole Woman Week - 5th - 12th September

We have chosen to put this course together as there is so much that goes unsaid within the workings of the female body. You will look at the outer female and the inner male, the acid & alkaline times of the body that effect the mind and the emotions, how to balance the body, food issues, mother & father issues, being a mother, being in a relationship, looking at past relationships and how they affect our present, creativity and careers and so much more. This course will leave you with a deeper understanding of yourself from the inside out!

The cost includes transfers from Clermont Ferrand airport or train station at times relating to course start and finish, accommodation, full board, course material, refreshments and amenities.

Travel to Clermont Ferrand from your home is not included.
